The things to think about are IF you have 240v power by the camera then a WI-FI will allow the camera to be placed “close” to the power. The low power cable supplied will give you the rough length from the power to the camera . If no power is available at the camera location a cable needs to be run to it. A etha net cable is small and can be installed by yourself . The 240V to the camera outside needs care and attention for the install and is likely to need an electricians help. Both need a connection to your router. Either wireless or in the case of the POE via a POE switch / which is extra.. It all comes down to the distance from 240 power, to the camera.
