I like this product, but one of my camera stopped working after a power outage. I removed it and switched it to another camera’s adapter and it worked. So the problem should be in the adapter, although I don’t see any damages. |

Purchased in November to complement other Eufy cameras. They worked well until one of the four stopped working. Not a problem with communicating or syncing, just dead. Tested with a different wire but still dead. 6 month life is not good. Other 3 still ok. Will try and get replaced but not happy! |

No hassle, easy exchange. New camera up and working great! |
