Homebase died week 1 |
Spent Sunday installing 6 Eufy cams with the HB3. Wednesday night, 4 days later, I get an error on the cameras, "no storage device is detected..." I restart the cameras and HB from the app a couple times. With no luck, I unplug the Homebase, now it won't turn on. I've walked it around to a couple outlets in my home and the HB is dead. Looks like I will spend Saturday taking the cameras down and looking for another platform. |

Cameras night vision issues and 1 camera played black in white during the day, thought it was night. |
I bought a 4 pack of E330 cameras. Pulled one out to see its quality and try it out. The camera was recording in black and white. I went in and shut off the IR lights and it went back to color. Camera thinks its night all the time. Plugged in a second one and that ones IR lights came on too but it was displaying in color. The setting was set to spotlight to come on when movement detected. Movement did not activate spotlights and the IR lights stayed on. I had problems with 2 cameras so I didn't even try the last 2. I bought doorbell cameras at the same time for 2 doors and they did not work. Swapped one doorbell camera for a replacement and that one worked so 1 of 5 cameras worked as it should. I contacted technical support and she said we tried everything, The issues would be handled by the engineers, please allow 24 hours for them to contact you. 6 days later and still no contact. Poor products, Poor Customer support, Poor technical support. |
