When it did work, the sound quality was poor. The lowest volume was LOUD and tinny. The range is short. It cut out after about 35 feet, and couldn’t handle walls well. My other ear buds have had at least double the range. Unfortunately, this item was completely useless and ended up in the e-waste recycling pile.
