I’ve installed this camera yesterday and paid for 1year cloud storage. Worked pretty good until I started receiving notifications on my phone resulting in my clicking them or going to the app and no recording 🤷🏽u200d♀️ it’s like the camera notifies me of a recording but the app isn’t showing it to me.. it’s not in messages or playback. I watch the camera live so I’m sure it’s wasn’t the WiFi connectionHOWEVER the following day the recordings showed up in playback… smh |
