I have been using this cellular solar camera for several months. It is nice. The app is good. UPDATE: the camera was working fine until it needed an update. Now, after 6 months of working great, it won’t connect and doesn’t detect the SIM card. I reached out to customer support and they answered me within hours with a reply that they would contact tech support and reply soon. I haven’t heard from them since and I have sent another 3 messages to them with no response. It is now the weekend so I’m hoping they will reply Monday. Otherwise, this camera and company are unreliable. Plus, I still have almost half of my data plan left for the month that is wasted money! |
