It worked OK for a while, I was able to watch videos on my laptop with SD card. Now I have 2 weeks worth of pictures and videos that won't play. I can see the thumbnail images but they will not play. I tried two different media players. I tried contacting customer support and get a 404 Unavailable error every time. It took some time to figure out how to play back any videos I might have captured. I also don’t understand some of the functions.As was commented by another customer, the directions are useless and there aren’t many videos on the basics on YouTube. Maybe someone could do a quick video and post it?
