Don't waste your money ....STOPPED AUTO TRACKING.... Customer service running me through hoops for over a week with diagnosing it. Trust me it is not rocket science, it was tracking fine and just quit. I changed nothing! Customer service ran me through testing several times for over a week with no better results...!!!!!STILL WILL NOT AUTO TRACK!!!!!NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY |

Customer service ran me through testing several times for weeks with no better results...!!!!!STILL WILL NOT AUTO TRACK!!!!!EDIT: Though customer service had no clue I kept trying to get the auto trac figured out and I did!!Your tracking speed needs to be turned down. I turned it down to 21 and autotracking has been working fine since.If they ever do a firmware update for these maybe they will fix this and the high res streaming issue. Can only stand to watch in low res or what they call fluent. |
