Then if you need to change or do anything once the camera is mounted to the side of a building 15 feet in the air micro screws are a bad choice.Second part, SETUP:I am not a tech person and I need baby steps for the simple things. Things left vague or unanswered lead to confusion or a camera left in a box not used in my world. I used the QR code but the "add a SIM card" part left me confused. This should be exact and per camera explained exactly what companies have SIM cards that will work with this camera. I took this camera to AT&T and Verizon and both of them said this camera would not work on one of there prepaid cards. I was ready to give up and gave T-mobile a try and they had one that worked. But a giant waste of time. If the exact details of what is needed or which cell phone providers were specified, this would be a big help. I took the camera and the instructions with to each cell phone provider. If Reolink is reading, please help.I reached out to Reolink for help and some replacement screws. Like many of todays companies they make it where its extremely hard to contact anyone direct. You can go to the "SUPPORT" section and type questions to an AI robot that don't get answered correctly and infuriate people. So as long as your camera works and you don't have any questions you need answered you should be fine!!!!All in all I mounted it and it works. Cameras are great. Seems to work fine so far.
