I obviously didn't understand these headphones. They aren't just connect and go like my previous headphones. After my review, customer support reached out me. They were extremely helpful in understanding what I was doing wrong. Apparently I needed an app that unlocked the full potential of their functionality. It also added some equalization features which I felt were missing and sorely needed. Sound is still good, although on some songs the balance sends to be left bud heavy. I wear these headphones all day, like 8 or 9 hours, they're not constantly on but this way I'm never trying to find the headphones connected to my phone.I've fallen off the rock wall with them in and didn't lose them, sprinting down hill on a trail and they never feel like they will fall out. I forgot I was wearing them and went kayaking with them in.The call spend is perfect, you can take one out wheel music is playing and it won't turn off. If I turn them all the way up I drown out all other noise but in the woods I like to be able to hear my surroundings because of wildlife and I just turn the volume down a few notches and music is still loud and I can hear.Those who complain about the audio quality, I suspect have the older blue tooth technology. I'm no techy but I did get a new phone a few weeks after I got these and the sound quality was even better with the new phone. But even on my old phone I thought it was great, and I love bass.I used to use the aftershock bone conductor headphones but they consistently failed after 4 or 6 months, like every single pair, so I couldn't take calls while running because the mic was too choppy. I've had these for 2 months now and have even ordered a second pair because I love them so much, and at half the price point of my old favorite headphones!Occasionally my ear will get sore after wearing them all day, but like I said often I forget I even have them on.
