I typically find one star reviews pretty extreme and over used. However, these headphones are just garbage. They don't sit in your ear and you can barely hear anything. I bought these for but the gym and they sit over top your ear canal instead of in it and I can hear the gym music better than what I'm trying to listen to. There is absolutely zero ambient sound suppression. I'm usually happy with Anker but these stink. Run from these. |
*Update 4.30.24* - I'm including my original review for transparency. I obviously didn't understand these headphones. They aren't just connect and go like my previous headphones. After my review, customer support reached out me. They were extremely helpful in understanding what I was doing wrong. Apparently I needed an app that unlocked the full potential of their functionality. After a firmware update and some eq adjustments these headphones are amazing.
