Two weeks in from installing the feeder, I received an email that the app fee would be doubled. The MANUAL stated to download the app for Soliom Pro and that is what was installed. When I contacted Soliom, they stated that the free service was for the BASIC plan. They instructed me to cancel the pro service and install the app for the BASIC plan, which I did.
