These were great until they stopped showing up as an option to connect to in Bluetooth. I tried on several different devices and they just never showed up in the lists of available Bluetooth devices. This was after only two months. Disappointing. |
Update 5/2: The seller reached out and offered to send a new pair to me free of charge. They arrived promptly and are working fine. Volume Controls Don't Respond on iPhone 13 |
Replacement Set from Seller Works Great |
I have owned 2 pairs of PowereBeats headsets that are discontinued and loved them, however, they have not been as durable as I'd hoped so I started to look for alternatives and ultimately I bought these because they have the same form factor. Overall they work pretty well with one major exception the short press on the vol+ /vol- buttons doesn't work. I won't return them as they are inexpensive, but it's a deal breaker in terms of buying another pair/set as I'd intended to. |

They were extremely helpful and responsive and shipped the replacement immediately. I am happy to report the volume controls on the replacement headset work as expected and overall this is a great headset at a great price. |
