It was replaced, and again torn off within a few months and chewed up. They replaced it. Here we are 11 total months later and the silicone has ripped off again. My dog picked it up in her mouth and it no longer works. The also will not replace it as they only replace 2 every 5 years. At this rate we would have to buy 13 more over the next 4 years due to the incredibly week sollar connection. This is to track dogs who move and are likely to catch it on something - not sedentary dogs. Great idea but poorly executed. I paid for the collar plsu a $400 subscription.
