I have to mention honestly that the battery is pretty good. It can last a week or even more without charging. This is a big plus, and probably the only one.The rubber straps broke in the first 3 days. We have 4 trackers, and within a day or so all broke. Good thing we could find them ( trackers dropped on the ground ). Now I have them strapped with zip-ties and it loos pretty redneckish ... Accuracy is hit and miss at best. Some times it shows one or more dogs at 3-400 ft away, when the dogs are right next to me. It goes to sleep mode even if set not to. Overall not a good expericence. Not sure what carrier is tracking this but it ain't great. Customer service is abroad, and they are working on Austian time - not much care for US customers. 2-3 days to get a half backed answer. Not a good situation if a pet is lost.Woudl I buy it again ? absolutely not ( subscription is probably the most expensive in the industry). I can't even give them away, because it is so crappy. |
