Purchased this tracker this year. Everything was working fine, everything was working well. Randomly one day it just completely stopped working. Now I’m out like $100 for subscription plus more with the purchase of the tracker. I contacted them for help (couldn’t find a number to call) and they haven’t gotten back to me for a week now. I wouldn’t purchase this again. |
(UPDATED)-costumer service got back to me and they were able to resolve all of my concerns. They’ve replaced the faulty tracker and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive. With all said, I WOULD purchase again and definitely recommend this product. Costumer service is top notch and it seems they care for their costumers and furry friends.
