The battery life wasn't as great as they claimed & their customer service wasn't the greatest either. If you own a business or for whatever reason you need to print a tracking report, you'll get a report with a link to maps that you then have to click on to see the address of where your device was at any given time in the past. This caused me to have to pull up a report by the day & take screenshots & have those printed for ehat I needed which was costly. Sitting there going line by line clicking on the maps link to see the addresses where the tracker had been for the month was also costly time wise. This makes no sense to me whatsoever when a tracker is all about addresses! When I called customer service. I was in the phone for over an hour to the guy who suggested taking screenshots & I told him how time consuming & also expensive that would be so he then told me he would take my issue up with his supervisor & I would be getting an email in just a day or two so be sure yo look for it. I looked fie it. It's been over a month & I never heard back from them. Also by the 5th month one of the tabs that locks the magnetic case for my tracker broke off & a couple weeks later the ither side broke off so i had to zip tie it shut which was a pain. I also had an Americaloc tracker & although it cost a little more (not a whole lot) it is well worth the extra dollars. They generate all kinds of reports with the address listed, the magnetic case is strong & durable & you cannot beat their customer service. They have even emailed me before to ask if it was doing OK bc they were monitoring it for me after I had emailed them to ask a question.
