Unfortunately, the default sound profile consists of weak Bass and neutral Mid and High frequencies. The do not produce loud volume and I found myself listening to them at the 100% volume level. Even at lower volume levels Bass produced very perceptible physical bone vibration. Bone conduction technology uses vibration to produce the sound heard in the ears, but many bone conduction headsets can largely control the physical vibration. After much experimentation with my phone equalizer, I was able to find acceptable sound quality but still with physical Bass vibration. The hook part of the earpieces is made of hard unflexible plastic that puts pressure on the curved areas of the ears upon which they rest making them hard to wear for more than 30 minutes. At least in my case. Call quality was not so good either, with a hollow, tunnel-like effect.
