Their customer service reached out to me and went above and beyond to get a new camera to me. I live in rural Hawaii and it's an all-day event to go to town. I have since put the new camera up on a full charge without connecting the included solar panel and so far the camera is still running at 90% after 3 days of use. I will continue to monitor the camera to check battery capacity. The night vision on this camera is very good. And if the performance continues as it has I will definitely be purchasing another. Again I'd like to thank the customer service who went above and beyond board to make right an issue that I was having with the original product I had purchased. Sounds like fan blades hitting something. It makes it impossible to listen to anything. This camera is on vacant land and there isn't anything out there to make noise, other than the wind.A more minor complaint is the lack of setting up activity/privacy zones to ignore activity in specific areas.App was slow to connect to the camera, but the latest update seems to have corrected it.
