Great camera, app doesn’t notify even w a paid subscription |
Great camera, app has notification issues. When I first started using the camera I paid for a subscription to IP360. At first notifications were hit and miss, for the last 2 months no notifications. I wrote to the app developers twice and have gotten no response as to the notification problems. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. Everything on my end is correct. My iPad nor my iPhone get notifications/ alerts. Please inqmega, find another app provider. Thanks |

Camera works, but a few quirks as well as issues with alerts |
I mounted this in our yard to assist with getting another angle to watch birds in our feeders. I setup two zones to catch motion at each of the feeders but the neither the wide angle , nor zoom lens seem to catch the birds. If I remove the zones completely I will get alerts but then the camera is alerting based on cars driving down the road and/or trees moving in the wind. I tried expanding the zones but that didn't work either... It almost seems like it only catches motion when there are no zones set.Other quirks... If I choose "Dome Tracking" the Zoom moves around to other sections of the yard even when initially set to one of the feeders, like it is in my screenshot... I have to select "No Tracking" for the Zoom lens to stay zoomed in on my feeder. |
