It was easy to pair (not that it should be difficult) and the style fit my ears well. My subpoor rating is for the inconsistent and nonexistant responses of the buttons on the buds. The product pamphlet directions state a single tap on the right bud will increase the volume, alternatively a single tap on the left bud will decrease the volume. Once I determined exactly where to tap (apparently only the bottom portion) that function worked well.Next I practiced the play/pause feature tapping an ear bud twice. The right bud functioned correctly 50% of the time. The other 50% it increased the volume or brought up Google Assistant. At one point I had to lower the volume using my phone because the left earbud was sketchy.The left bud did not function the play/pause feature although the pamphlet stated it would.After 10 minutes trying to get all of the features to function as described in the manual (and turning the Google assistant off three times) I gave up. When I returned the buds to their nests in the case the buds started playing my music! Inside the case! The case is NOT wireless charging. It can only be charged with the Type-C cable. Also, the configuration of how the earbuds fit in the case is counter-intuitive (backwards). The earphones of the earbuds are positioned side by side in the middle of the case which makes it difficult to remove them at the same time using both hands. Once you do get them removed they are upside-down and you have to turn them over to put them on your ears. If the position of each earbud was rotated 180 it would be much less frustrating each time I use them. I have other sets of earbuds where the case IS wireless charging and the earbuds are positioned in the case for easy removal and putting on your ears. However these are no longer available on Amazon.
