Mediocre sound with poor volume control |
I wasn't expecting much, and these are just ok. I have tried a couple dozen of the on-ear earbuds and most are pretty junky but these are decent. My only grip so far is random MAXIMUM VOLUME while listening. The earbuds will suddenly go to max bluetooth volume, usually 5 seconds after I start listening to them but sometimes just randomly happens and blows my ear drums out. My hair is extra short (so it's not touching the controls) and I am not touching them, just randomly happens. |

Nice design, passable sound. |
Okay, these look great, and they are decently easy to use. The sound is good for phone use and seems clear enough. The sound is okay also for watching TV. But they suffer the usual shortcomings of this style of earphone as far as music and movies go. Very little bass and not loud enough volume for critical listening or movies. When I equalize the sound to try to get more bass, I get extreme amounts of distortion. So if you like the look and intend them for phone use mainly, go for it. But if you want them for music mainly or are in an environment with much background noise, I suggest you opt for something else. |
