The first day I wore them they started cutting out intermittnetly after about 10 minutes with a weird little chime that sounded like my old ones did when the battery was low (the booklet that came with it does not say what the sound means). After 15 minutes they were no longer playing at all. I assumed I had not charged them properly. The charging cable is magnetic so no where to plug in. Figured I had a bad connection adn they did not charge so was very careful when putting the charging cable on the next day and let them charge overnight. The light started off red and was blue by morning so I assumed that meant they were fully charged. After about 30 minuted in to my run, same problem. No music for half my run! So I tried one more time and let them charge overnight again, and 10 minuted into my run this morning it happened again. I ordered another pair in hopes that I got a faulty pair. We shall see! They have not come yet. The comfort was fine. I barely noticed their weight and was getting used to their resting on and behind my ears. I wasn’t expecting an audiophile experience. And it’s not. If you’re just listening to spoken word, it’s fine. However, every now and then, the first sliver of a word will get clipped off. It happens when there’s a bit of silence. As if the audio is running through an audio processing gate. The gate does its job for that minute moment and clips off the front of the word. For example, if narrator is saying “Tell me something about…” I hear “ell me something about…” It doesn’t matter if I’m listening at 1.5x or normal speed. And it’s never happened before. In fact, this clipping happens on a different audiobook as well.I wish the size of the headphone strap were adjustable. I have a finger-width gap between the strap and the back of my head. So these aren’t ideal for using while lying down on your back.I’ll use these for another month, at least. If I buy a new one to replace it, I’ll probably go with Shokz.
