This was given to me as a gift by my mother we are past the 30 days of return. The perch broke and they don't sell replacement parts. I was told by customer support yo buy the Netvue perch which I did for $40 and it doesn't fit. Don't waste your money on this brand buy one that sells replacement parts incase one should break.It was purchased in March so I would've hope for a better resolution from the company. |
The videos are fantastic. The connection is great. Mine is right outside the front of my home and it picks up all of the birds that come to visit. I thoroughly enjoy each and every video I get every day. The battery life is fantastic. The solar panel is an added bonus, I highly recommend purchasing this if you are a bird lover |

Completely broken and devastated.I was sent a replacement. My first one may have been defective or a user error.The base has to click in and it takes quite a bit of force to hear the click. Overall great product. It is a bit messy with the birds and squirrels I have. It is not waterproof. Great quality camera. |
