I love the idea of the bird feeder but two things I don’t like is 1- it doesn’t record long at all 10-20 seconds at the most. Two- I wish they also gave you a way to hang it on a shepherds hook instead of just a post or tree. I was also missing a piece to set up the solar panel on it and their customer service is horrible and they made me go through Amazon and then with Amazon I had to send it back and re-order another one. |
It can be hard to figure out the app. Not so user friendly. Also doesn’t tell you what you get for each subscription just has the prices YES you will need to get a subscription to use after your free trial is up but you can get the basic one for $5 a month. I do recommend because once you figure it out it is amazing and my birds love it. If you love birds I do recommend. |
