Beware.You have to sign up for the subscription before anything. I did, and went on to setup the device. It failed to setup and connect to my Wi-Fi and it barely connected to the cellular signal. I reset and tried multiple times. And just gave up. I not reach out to support because I was very disappointed. The refined took several days and canceling the subscription is hidden in the app. But you only have 15-days to cancel the service so be warned. |
