Fitbark was great for keeping tracks of the dogs steps and activity, thats about it. When my dog went out of the geofence it took 10-20minutes to notify me, and then another 10-20 minutes to update his location. A dog can move ALONG way in 10-20 minutes so the tracking is essentially useless. Customer service told me they were aware of the issue, yet when I asked for a refund they denied me due to it being over the 30day mark. When I asked for the manager they refused to give me the contact info. If you are buying for an around the house step/activity counter, then it works perfect. If you are buying to track your dog if they ever run away, DO NOT BUY. |
