I'll update if they help me.Update: Just heard back from support. They are sending a new unit. Good sign. Now what that means is you need to have your phone ready to click on a picture icon in the app to take the picture. Much prefer if it was automatic. At least now I know what to look for with my next purchase. The WiFi is very fussy - a pain to get it to work (needs 2.4), then if it resets ( battery runs out of WiFi is lost) you need to manually reset - just a pain. There may be better units out there.
