I’VE HAD THIS FOR 2 WEEKS AND THE CAMERA IS FRIED!I live in Florida and we had some high wind come through yesterday with humidity and mist in the air. The black roof of the feeder kept BLOWING WIDE OPEN and luckily I was home to go out 3 times in 1 hr to use a broom to close it back. I WAS most concerned with the full bird feeder of birdseed now being wet & rotting since the roof kept blowing open but NOW my biggest concern is that my SOLAR POWERED CAMERA IS NO LONGER WORKING no matter what I do. I’ve now uninstalled it from the feeder and brought it inside to try and put it on the regular charger (despite that fact that I paid for the solar charger that had been working just fine keeping it charged at almost 100% consistently). THE CAMERA IS NOW COMPLETELY FRIED BECAUSE OF THE SLOPPY DESIGN FLAW OF THE EASILY BLOWN OPEN ROOF. Due to the power connection and holes being located at the top of the camera, once the roof was blown open, all moisture went right down the connection holes, despite the flimsy rubber seal.The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the birdhouse is the best looking smart feeder I had found and the camera worked well until now.
