Camera worked good at first for the first week and half, but after that it just started doing whatever it wanted. 1st the tracking camera sometimes doesn’t return back to its original spot after tracking someone. 2nd the tracking camera will randomly change viewing spots, and sometimes it’s just pointing towards the wall it’s mounted on. 3rd the sound from the recorded videos sounds all choppy and distorted most of the time, only way to get clear undesirable sound is if you’re standing right in front of it. |
Updated June 15 2024Well you can read below for the whole story. Seller reached out to me after reading my review, and right away started to try and solve the problem/issue. Was also very patient since I was not able to respond back right away to their messages, and finally after troubleshooting all issues with no solution at hand, they offered to replace the broken/faulty camera.
