It the second item I have returned in the 6 years I've been an Amazon customer. I wanted these to work. I was excited about them. The shape of the cuff that goes around your ear also hurts my ear after about 10-15 minutes of use. It’s noticeably uncomfortable, for me at least. So depending on your ear, these things might not really fit, just keep that in mind. If you’re not someone that’s overly cautious like me and you’re not worried about cranking it, you’ll probably enjoy these. But, those worries on top of it hurting my ear just from the shape, I ended up returning these. I won’t ever use them, as my $20 jlab go air pops literally sound about 2x a good and I can keep them quieter and still hear it. If you’re in an environment with a really noisy background these things are really hard to hear and it’s just not worth it for me. I think they’d work for the right person, though. That’s just not me. I’m taking my money and putting them towards AirPod pros so I can choose when I need noise cancellation or transparency. I was on a paved road traveling around 30MPH down a bike path when I noticed that the right one had simply blown away and out of my ear. I looked for quite some time but never found the right headphone. I tried to simply replace the right one but was told that wasn't possible by Shokz support. So I have a brand new set of bone conduction earbuds and lost one briefly in a shallow creek one day and then lose an earbud simply biking fast down a paved trail the next.
