While the Moondrop Space Travel IEMs perform adequately (not the best, but definitely not the worst), the way the case is designed will be the deal breaker.The IEMs are too difficult to take out, not simple to put back into the case in one attempt (the IEMs are top heavy so the magnets will sometimes pull them crooked to the side instead of straight down so you have to lift and adjust them back into their slots), or--the worst issue--will sometimes activate on their own if the case leans or falls over in anyway (meaning all of a sudden, your PC or your phone will connect and send the audio to the BT device in the middle of your conversation or activity and you won't know what happened).Sometimes even a nudge or desk bump while they are on my desk will trigger the BT activation and connect to my device. I never knew any device that would connect at random times like this. Also, the most unforgiving issue related to this behavior: you must charge the device by putting the case on its side (the USB-C port is on the bottom of the device) meaning that sometimes the buds can fall out slightly and either a) trigger a connection to my audio device or b) the buds won't charge, just the case, or c) sometimes both. This product needs a definite redesign.I think this product was extremely gimmicky and I am a bit ashamed to say that I fell for it. Should have returned this at the time, but I really wanted to like it. I would definitely stay away even if this seems to have a lot of glowing reviews until there's a 2nd generation or something. Probably would be a gift to give to your enemies. Even that being considered, poor case design makes it annoying to remove and replace the earbuds. The side touch is quite sensitive, so if I need to adjust an earbud, even if I grip the bottom I end up accidentally triggering some sort of touch function, usually the noise cancellation/transparency. Additionally, the earbuds are slow to process the touch and **totally** mute the audio to play an annoying indicator sound with about a 5 second delay to let you know that you've changed audio modes. This is especially horrible when using voice because the other person is muted for 5 - 10 seconds so it can change modes and play a voice recording.
