If you look at the reviews, they’ve responded saying it’s their fault because they ship the item to other people complaining of the same issue, but that’s not resolving anything. How do I collect the two year warranty and get this item fixed of Amazon is preventing me from contacting the seller? It’s becoming impossible to get anything taken care of on Amazon, while everything is now made to break immediately.
