Senso Did Not Honor Warranty, Gave Me Runaround Instead |
These Senso earphones break easily, and the company will give you the runaround instead of honoring the warranty. Don't buy! Details below.This was my third purchase of these headphones through Amazon. Each time the product stopped working fairly soon. One was undiagnosable, another the charge port sunk in, and this third one the Bluetooth pairing button sunk in. It was within the 1-year warranty. As requested, I sent photos showing the defect on 3/16/24. On 3/17/24 they said they would replace it. 3/30/24, after no confirmation: "Your replacement order has already been processed, so you will receive the replacement". 4/17/24: "We apologize for the inconvenience you are experienced. We have already asked the concerned department to look into this order, and we assure you that you'll receive replacement. If we are not able to track this order, we'll process another order for you." Today, 4/24/24, I have not received a tracking number or notification of a new shipment.One 30-minute phone call to Amazon resulted in a refund - Senso definitely wasted more than $27 of my time by giving me the runaround instead of replacing the product as per their warranty agreement. So, this is cheap junk from a bad company that will take your money and not live up to their end of the bargain. |
