We know people have been to the front door but it didn't pick them up and send us a notification or record anything. We utilized the 30 day free trial then paid for a 6 month package which worked for about a week, then we could no longer access the cloud storage videos as the app wanted more money. We couldn't find a phone number, had to just message in the app which is frustrating and takes a long time to get a response, sometimes a day. Then customer service wanted us to send them a receipt copy of the subscription we paid, which was in the app so had no way to get the receipt. It's frustrating to spend the extra time trying to deal with that situation, if this were not the case, we'd give this product a higher score.
