We really enjoy when the birds stop by and visit. The only problem is that squirrels also love the feeder. The squirrels visit often and stay for long periods of time unless you run them off. The squirrels also chew on the house and wires. My solar roof charging cable has been chewed completely in two. We have tried all of the special "hot" seeds and special sauce to put on the seed but the squirrels just keep coming. I have had to take down one of the feeders until I can mount it in a way the squirrels cannot climb into it.
