Having seen a lot of social media testimonials on how good the Raycons are, I chose them as my backup. But the connection experience has been nothing but a frustration. While I was aware they could only be connected to two devices at a time, even that is problematic. For instance, right now they are connected to my iPhone, but won’t connect to my iPad unless i first disconnect from my phone and then pair up again. The amount of time it is taking me to simply pair to a device is frankly, absurd. And yet, at other times they randomly connect. Suddenly I’ll hear music coming from them and find out that they have paired with my ipad that’s in another room. In addition, the “touch” functionality on the actual ear piece is super sensitive. Even just adjusting them in my ears changes the listening mode. As for all the claims that they don’t fall out. I tried every single rubber ear piece they provide and they still fall out. Connectivity was easy, fit was nice, charging case was compact and sleek. The different EQ options were a nice touch, but even with the bass boost on, the high frequencies were still edgy and lacking balance.
