The earbuds connected to my phone the first time out of the box. Fully charged them and ready to use at the gym the next day. Went to use them at the gym and the left earbud was fully discharged, while the right was fine. The case indicated it was fully charged, so apparently something caused the bud to discharge itself. After a short while, the Bluetooth disconnected and since then would not reconnect. They would not enter pairing mode no matter how long I held the button down. Tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the support page, plus a few YouTube page recommendations; no luck. The charge indicator inside the case would only light up if I held the buds down. Returning to Amazon for an exchange. May revise my review after I see how the 2nd pair performs. Very disappointed in a well known brand having an Out of Box failure like this. |

Noise cancelling is great at the gym as I don’t hear the annoying conversations held over the sounds of the treadmills, etc. Connecting is still a little quirky as I have to connect the left and then right earbuds for them to both connect. Sound is good and the controls a fine. The fins do make them stay in my ear much better when sweaty from my workout than my Sony’s did. |
