I didn't have the best luck with the Crystal Buds for a little bit, but I reached out to Tozo and they were able to send out another pair for free without exchange of my failed previous pair. It's no hassle and very easy. The Earbuds themselves do sound amazing and have extremely good Boise canceling, which is why I was so keen to continue using this model.
