On two occasions I had to delete and reinstall them to the app because they wouldn't go back online for whatever reason. The app will not always open the feed or will crash in the middle of usage with the doorbell cams. I can be using playback and it will suddenly crash.I thought most of the issues I was having was do to my wifi signal not being strong enough. So I ordered an extender and with it plugged in to the wall on the other side of the cam the signal still doesn't go over 20%. When I contacted customer service to tell them about my issues they attempted to rectify the problem and couldn't. They then promptly offered a refund for the cams. I told them to hold off until I got an extender and tried it out. I let them know yesterday that the extender didn't work, but I was not willing to give up on my doorbell cams and just wanted a refund for the one with the faulty power button.The reason I didn't want a refund is because I have a few of their other security cams and the app does not crash when I use them, I have no problem opening the feeds and they never lose connection. I've even dropped them a few times and they kept on chugging along w/out any issues. So I know they make a very sound products. Also the main reason I bough the doorbell cams was because the neighborhood kids will play right in front of my doorstep on my patio and knock on the door and run. Well, guess who the cam recorded doing just that the other day? BUSTED! I also want to catch Fed EX because they will leave a package on my front door, despite my delivery instructions being given to them by the company I order from. I even have a sign on my door to leave package at the side door. The front door faces a very busy street, so of course I don't want pkgs left them. These are the things that make customers want to deal with a company and give them 2nd chances.
