A recent email (04-22-24) restated the issue in detail again and requested escalated assistance after doing extensive research on the internet about the problem. There is a learning curve to become familiar with the Littlelf Smart Application functions.• It took many attempts to reach Customer Service at the phone number listed on the website.• I found extensive help available on the Litokam website.• The camera occasionally loses WiFi connection. I am checking to see if a WiFi Extender may help.• The second photo shows my installation. It gives arms-length access to reset the camera if needed.• I have issues saving and playing Event captures that may be due to camera/software/cellphone conflicts.• I bought the SanDisk 128 GB memory card to save recordings. Cloud storage is available by subscription.In short, I have been happy with the Customer Service help. The camera works and I am still researching its many functions and capabilities.
