Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there. I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome.Received the camera on time and in good condition. I am now able to view from my phone, it is better when you are connected to Wi-Fi of course but if you have notifications on you’ll get the little messages and you’re able to see those if you can’t view the camera. The connection issues that everyone Is talking about has to do with their own phone service and not the actual camera itself.
