The hardware seemed to work fine but the app is absolutely terrible. The included SD card frequently needs to be reformatted, and when needed, the app has to establish an encrypted channel before it will show what’s happening at the door. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! And most of the time, it fails to establish an encrypted, requiring several tries, taking several minutes before you can access the app to see what the hell is happening at your door. This makes it, in my opinion, not just useless, but possibly dangerous. I did contact the company but their suggestions did not resolve the issue.
