Used it for about a year till today. The machine is not pest proof, and ants figured out how to crawl up and into the mechanism. I can't have it around anymore because of that.Over all the feeder works fairly well and never had any technical issues. But these are why I won't be repurchasing.Cons: The left bowl will dispense slightly more than the right. The plug is very loose on the back and my cat would often pull it out turning it off. My cat also learned how to pull out the latch on the side and actually pried it completely off. He knocked it over and all the food came spilling out the top.
