I need two feeders and was trying out this one to feel certain about its longevity. Today is the 20th of July and received it the 11th of July. I started experiencing issues two weeks into having it. I Have four very hungry cats. After Years of me Manually feeding them four times a day, I could not take the amount of time and attention they kept demanding from me any longer (I love my fur babies, but oh my gosh) and felt such relief for the two weeks it actually worked. Even though I am days past the 30 day return Amazon Customer service was very understanding about it and I am able to return it. I feel very appreciative for the understanding and is the main reason I order more expensive items through Amazon. It’s back to the drawing board searching for an automatic feeder that is actually made well.I’m not sure why it’s suddenly stopped dispensing food the times I set for it to feed the fur babies. Out of the box I noticed it would always dispense food four minutes before the time I set it to feed them. It was an odd thing to notice, but it was only four minutes and shrugged it off. I then it’s I noticed it would only dispense food two out of the four meals I had scheduled. When I went to reset the times, thinking I had to do that for some odd reason in order for it to work properly again, I noticed That the LEED or whatever it is that shows the numbers wasn’t functioning properly on one of the minute section During set up, but then we display perfectly fine once I was done setting.
