bad camera, bad customer service |
Bought one for me, set up was great, easy, but the camera would go offline if the battery got low. No biggie. Bought another for my sister for Christmas. Opened it up in March (beyond return window) to help them set up. The camera would NOT connect to the internet, no matter what I did. I tried many, many times, it would not recognize or accept the aztec symbol. The reset tool in this one was missing from shipping (clue 1), when I used the one from the original feeder there was nothing inside the camera to push on to reset. Customer service keeps saying "our engineers are working on it" no matter what we tell them. How can they be "working on it" when there's no connection???? I put my camera in it, no problem, it recognized the aztec immediately and hooked to their internet immediately. The original camera was bad out of the box, the plastic piece was off the camera, no reset tool. I'm waiting for them to do something to replace the bad $100 camera that is useless. |
