We have repeatedly followed the tech support for how to reset the camera to reinstall it from scratch, but the process never works. My opinion is either there is a manufacturing defect, or the batteries they are using are permanently failing, or the unit cannot tolerate summer heat in Atlanta when temperatures are 95 degrees daily. Unfortunately we can't return the 2nd house to Amazon because it is after 30 days. We will try to deal with Birdfy tech support to get a refund, but warning -- their support is horrible and staff is overloaded. Their online "chat" is an AI robot that gives poor advice. The phone # always says no one is available.
