It's not ready for prime time. Hummingbird feeders are hung so there is sway with the feeder. The camera on this feeder is triggered with the SLIGHTEST movement of the feeder (I'm not talking big wind - just a minor sway of the feeder). The feeder camera activates with each movement. As a result, the battery will last perhaps 1 day b/c the camera is essentially recording all day long. The app does allow for something called camera "cool down" which means you can set a timer in between camera recordings. The manufacturer describes this as a way to limit recording if your feeder has a lot of visitors. But a cooldown setting is needed to maintain battery life for the feeder sway. If a Cooldown timer , such as 10 minutes, is set , it doesn't record the hummingbirds during those 10 minutes which visit. I clean them every 4 days; well I did when they didn't leak so quickly.I looked at the assembly instructions which say fill the tank and invert it then lock it into the base. The leak comes from the tank nipple not mating with the internal receptacle. My solution is first do not push the nipple all the way into the neck of the tank. I set it with1/4 inch out, then upend the base and set it on the tank and push it down to lock it.
