Disappointing, plus they bribe for 5-star reviews |
The feeder was a great idea, but despite it being in the sun most of the day, the battery will not stay charged at all. The bird ID feature is mostly useless, telling me that I have birds in my area that are only found in Europe or S. America , and I am in the eastern part of the US. Setup was not intuitive and there was a lack of useful instructions. This would’ve likely led me to give two stars, until I got the letter in the mail bribing me with a $30 gift card if I left a five star review. That speaks volumes and so I dropped it to one star. If I had to do it again, I would lay out the money for the Bird Buddy. |
