I never got a single bird photo. The only photo I got was when I put up the feeder and got a photo of my had. At first it took many weeks for the birds to find the feeder. When I finally saw birds on it, no photos or videos were taken. Every time I set it up, it appears to be sensing a bird but then the menu turns rather than taking a picture. I wrote to the company and although they initially responded quickly (and asked for the purchase code on the box), when I said I no longer had the box they never responded again after repeated attempts. |
